Emily Messer

Soul and Spirit owner Emily Messer is 23 years old and a graduate of NC State University. She has been a part of the Dance & Performing Arts industry for 21 years; 17 years as a student and 4 years as a teacher. She has had the pleasure of teaching dance at 3 different studios in the Raleigh-Durham area and directing her own program at a studio in North Raleigh.  From the age of 3, she has been passionate about performing across multiple styles of dance, singing and acting. 

Jenn Messer

Jenn Messer is the dance and performing arts administrator, helping run Soul & Spirit with class enrollment, parent liaison, marketing and day to day administration. Jenn is a lifelong dance mom, mother of 3, and grandmother of 2.
